By way of experimentation, if it was me, I'd have the same DelayFX as the Piano on the Lead synth that comes in after the break,

as a logical way to emphasise your point -

" I’m going to build on the melody that comes in after the break."

If it don't work nothing's lost.

those are some pretty pads, definitly loving them.

outstanding piano.

bring in the pads with the lead to thicken it out. maybe a saw pad under the lead as well.

very awsome stuff.
