It comes down to awareness of the casual ravers, not if people are fans.
Who do they make most of their tracks with? Brisk and Sy.
Why book Ham or Unknown when you could book Brisk or Sy and get more people through the door probbaly for a little bit more money.
Why book 2or3 Raver baby dj's to play the same event. To attract the casual ravers.

i think Impact and ASM/Resist should get more of a go as well, top quity producers and they can hold their own as a dj

It's life man... I have 7 albums out, DJ every week on the radio to thousands but I don't get alot of bookings either.
It's like clarke101 said casual ravers only know the big name DJ's on the bonkers CD's etc...
