It's a remix of a chill out song... I know that much... my Dad has the CD that the original is on, but I can't think of what it's called.
I don't think you're going to have much luck asking about a Psy-Trance song on a Hardcore forum though.

I looked up the CD on Amazon, and if my memory serves me correctly, the original song is Groove Armada - At the River. The CD is The Classic Chillout Album. No idea what the Psy-Trance remix would be, however.

i finally just emailed the guy from the web site and he hooked it up for me.
Groove Armada - At The River (english riviera mix)
love the track, but i gotta say it sounds better while watching that video! ;)
