Hey Peeps

'The Best Night Of My Life' is now complete, with many changes, some subtle and parts were scrapped.

This track wouldnt be what it is without 'The Top Secret Crew', gotta love it ; )

Here it is:

Bouncy as ****, I love it! I am digging the vocals too, I'd give this a 8/10. How do you get those drums? I can never get my drums to sound like that, they always sound tin-like.

Glad youse liked it ; )

Kryptic, the drums you need decent samples and u can compress/eq em to how you want. In this case, the kicks were reinforced were reinforced with
Top Secrets touch lol.

Cheerz for the review boys ; )

Amazing mate really good job on this. Only thing I’m a bit uncertain about is on the first break, where it repeats "the music" behind the main vocal it pulls you away from the main vocal a bit it's maybe too loud or could do with more delay on it or something to blur it out a bit.

I’m going to annoy you hear and say I really liked the vocals you've cut from the track, but... I think you've done the right thing, as it will probably appeal more to the casual listener.

Your point about the first break is bang on it. An oversite on our part.

Well spotted.

Thanx.

I prefer the other version, with all the vocals.

I've listened to this tune several times already. The comment about the breakdown is definitely spot on, but I think with that aside, this tune has massive potential. It's very uplifting, extremely bouncy, and energetic as fcuk! The only real test now is how crowds react to it. I really hope someone picks this one up.

Both versions are spot on...But i'm slightly swayed towards more vocals. Problem easily sorted by having both tunes on the vinyl.

It may be just me but the vocals are slightly jumpy around 3min 37sec? Just the first few words seem to 'stutter'?

have to say i prefer it with the orig vocals too (apart from the squeeky high bit) - it had a story, comedy and a touch of derring-do - plus when the vocals changed to proppa singing ("then the music became clear") that was the rush point for me, shivvers every time
