tbh with you the reason i dissapeared for a few mnth was because i was getting bored with what was coming out it wasnt all bad......especially the freeform tht genre evolves fast as fook i cnt keep up with it lol........but tis like ritalin said(unless i missunderstood)theres not really any happy hardcore gettin released......thing is i fkin adored this music since being young and it sorta pains me to think id have to leave it behind....i always wanted to move forward with hcore but i feel its lagging behind now and it really saddens me......i have come bk not tht anyone cares bcause my productions arnt exactly tidy as yet but am sorta thinking tht unless your sy or scott brown you have no chance in trying to make a difference because no one will 1-listen to your stuff 2-help point things out and give you advice 3-even when you can produce mint tunes give you the time of day............look at darwin....cdjay has been pimping him all over the shop for god knows how long and still he hasnt had even a glimmer of light and people like this are the ones who are bringing the fresh sounds and different takes on things..........i think if were not carefull we might not have a nxt generation because no one will know them.........itll probly get a different tag name and they may be the birth of a new scene.....you just dnt know

Right then....
Who's going to put their money on the line for a CD that's not out yet?
Pre-ordering is fine but how many people won't cough up when the time comes?
Pre-paying is what we were talking about in our earlier post.
We all want fresh talent, that's clear, so....
....where do we send the cash?
CDJay?????

It would be good if you could solve the payment of the pre-order by World Pay. I can only pay by that from Hungary.

but when something becomes boring it becomes shit personally. sure it will still be good to some but i'm talking on a personal level.
when was the last time quosh/evo/RB/EP produced something different?
NG&BB could well be put in that list aswell
all the producers have their set routine that they follow for the best sales, sure it is good when i first heard it but every D&G/B&S/S&U/B&H/hixxy song i have listened to over the last 18 months just seems to be the same song re-hashed

A valid point, but could that not also be interpretated as "their style"?

yes but sticking to a 'style' stops variation and instead of 10 individual songs makes 10 songs 1. i ain't getting at people for having their own style, i'm getting at the point that only a few 'styles' are showcased. 5% of releases are played 80% of the time at events and on the major CD's that showcase the genre to the masses

agreed mate why i personally dont buy from those labels anymore, just if i've still got plenty music and events i like im happy and yes i do need to search hard for those tunes and events. Hardcores had poor years in the past and it will again, theres been so many classics though i can nver get bored hunting them out and buying them.
Yes the commercial sound has drove a lotta the old regulars away from hardcore and has bought in a new audience, but if they enjoy it let them have it and i'll keep buyin my gabba, bouncy techno, breaks etc.
Put it this way it aint all bad and theres a lotta people workin very hard to keep a scene fulla interesting and varied music, raindance, bedlam, elation etc if you find them boring then it really is time to give up hardcore.

No need for pre-orders, altho I like the sentiment / enthusiasm ;)
It will almost certainly be out Mar 06, word of mouth will make or break the possibility of future albums in this vein........

agreed theres a definite luna c style but every song sounds really different, mainly down to structure and synths/sounds used.

that is what i believe, it will have it's highs, get played out then drop off the radar then someone will make a slightly different sound that can be milked and it will rise in popularity again till it gets played out then drop again
this will always happen and another drop will start in 2006
