i failed my first test because i took too long to pull out of a busy school junction, the only way i could have got out is by driving carelessly and making on-comming slow down which is a  and would have got me a fail so i couldnt win

I failed first time, the guy said turn left (a single-family house area, where it isnt allowed to drive through it). Cost me 150€ :(

Cant wait till I get a moped. Only have 2 wait till April now!!!!! My mate got his on saturday. He brought it 2 school today and he is still driving around Bridgie now! And school finished over an hour ago!
Prob wont get a car untill i'm about 19/20

once your 17 and have your CBT you can ride a 125, have a look about for an aprillia RS 125  they are about £1000-£2000 to buy (which isnt much more than a decent scooter) and they keep up with the likes of babyblades! insurance should be reasonable if you get a years no claims on your scooter

Sounds good! Would stick with the 49cc exept you can't pick up hunnys ;)

first time i took my test the bitch failed me for stopping for a pedestrian.
i had a few other little things (going 2 over the speed limit or some stupid shit like that) then a pedestrian started j-walking and i stopped (law states pedestrians have the right of way and crosswalks are both marked and unmarked so jaywalking is actually cop-ese for "your stupid and stopped me from going about whatever ******** i was doing". anyways the instructor told me i shoulda just kept going (mowing down the pedestrian) shoulda took his advice when he got out and stepped in front of the car >.<
but out of probably around 40 of the guys i knew when they took their test, every single one of them failed the first time... its like a rule...
but i know like 20 chicks who showed alot of clevage and shouldnt have their licence, but got it the first time. one chick i know uses no signal light and turns whenever she wants (god she made a left hand turn from the right lane once, the scary part was we were on a 3 lane highway when she did it O.O)

God I had a woman do that to me. She turned right in the middle lane whilst I was driving in the right hand lane and I couldn't stop in time. Luckily (or unluckily as you will see) I was going quite slow so there was minor damage to my car. So minor that the bill for repair meant I would loose out on insurance as it was either just below or just above my excess so I had to fork out the majority of the cost. I explained this to her and she refused to go private - even though she had admitted liability at the time and she knew I would be loosing out
