Play the gig. Have fun grab a couple dancers, walk past your ex and the promoter with them and smile and say "thank you." Don't let it stress you out, stuff happens. Chicks come and go but you'll always have the music (and some dancers) by your side. Don't let the chick ruin a big opportunity. If my girlfriend did that to me I would play the show, I would rock the crowd so hard that I you wouldn't need to do search for chicks, they would just somehow show up next to me wanting to "have coffee" at 3 am. Yes that would releave alot of the stress.
