there is no problem about it IF it are mixes an tracks made by you guys.. if it are tracks of great dj's or just tracks of other people it wil be an problem with licenses... you post your own track then this site has a bit of your license
for acsample..
i put one of my songs here.. everybody can listen it but if you copy it and post it again as your rmx with your name then you can get in sirious problems..

If you upload your mixes to our radio station and we play them more people will listen to it in one week than probally a lifetime of downloads and thats the truth :)

so sites that let you upload music so othe people can here them like for instance http://www.betarecords.com are doing it illigally
