Google search for free hosting of music files find 1 that works for u m8 think would be easiest way as u server restricted

I can now access yousendit but i'm still a bit confused (sorry i'm really new to this) what do i need to put in the recipients e-mail as i'm not really sending it to anyone I just want people on here to listen to it.
