Aye plenty gd original dance music just seems easier to impress crowds with stuff they half no for most dj's, i think this has got a lot to do with why a lotta people see all dance music as a joke. Same with hardcore though so much of the stuff people think are the best tunes are originally trance/scouse/italian and unsuspecting ravers think this super wkd producer thought it all up by himself.

Just one of those things i suppose is easier money than being original but it's sad cos it impresses me 1,000,000 times more wen people think out there own ideas from scratch.

I've got that tune on a CD at home- full unmixed version too! It's on 'RAVE HISTORY', I'll have a check when I get back and post the name.

The tune your looking for is "Oh L'Amour" by D.Lead

Lyrics go something like
"Oh L'Amour, close my eyes and I was thinking of you, Oh L'Amour, Whats a boy in love supposed to do..."

Glad to be of any help.

Sweet dreams was 70s I though, but there is a hardcore remix from 1989, making it one ofthe first hardcore tracks around, and an 80s remix lol

There has also been a remix of an Elvis song, always on my mind!

Just found out that sweet dreams is by The Eurythmics and was relesed in 1983. The 'hardcore' mix was called the nighmare mix, sounds the same only breakbeat

hey about that ohh l`mour song by D. lead, dont suppose any off you guys know where to get it,its a very old song about 94 95 ya see,and it hasent been rereleased in ages with any off the new hardcore CDs out these days,so chances of getting it look bleak, but do any of you guys know where to get it?,

the only time I had that song was on one of my old rave tapes of (circus circus) and that was around 95,but ive lost it ages ago, along with all the other cool tunes that where on it,the old tapes kicked ass :).....bad thing was tho ya didnt find out the name off the artists on em.
