from the uk Mark Ashley and K Complex "Atomic orbital" http://www.nuenergy.co.uk/ram/NUNRG041-A , not 100% sure if it was end of last year or start of this one.

Overall my fav is http://www.recess.nl/info.asp?info=26507 check out dt6 mix there.

Cry (Re-Con Remix) or Stab 'Em by Re-Con.
Re-Con are by far the best hardcore has to offer at the moment for me. followed by Sy and Unknown and Scott Brown deserves a shout out i reckon.
