Well after upgrading my PC to the following:

AMD 64 X2 3800+ oc'd to 2.8ghz
Evga 7800 GT oc'd to 500/1200
Corsair XMS 1gig
Asus A8N-Premium SLI
Ultra X2-Connect 550W PSU
Thermatake Armor case

I realzed I have a whole PC laying around doing nothing... so I decided to creat the first HHC.com case.

And for all of you not up with the PC Gaming/LAN scene Case Modding is the hottest thing right now.

I have a few ideas so far for it, but I want input from YOU!.

Lets make this a community thing. I want to have plans done by the the end of JAN.

Throughout my work i will be posting regular "work logs as I progress.

What I do with the case is up to YOU. Should I donate it to Silver? Give it to a Lucky Member as a Prize?

LET ME KNOW!!!

PS: This is my big comming back to HHC.com forums thingy lol

UV lights and UV reactive cables, Aswell as "happyhardcore.com" in silver stenciled letters on the non-window side. Yeah that's all I can think of for now, maybe I'll be back later with some other ideas.

what kind of case is it?

do you have a window? maybe laser etch the happyhardcore.com logo stuff on the top of the website on it.

as far as paint, go with one of the color schemes of the website...ie blue and orange...so like paint the case orange and put blue leds

the fan grill you designed, can you make it in uv reactive?

maybe put a blue led fan controller on it

i rekon you would be best off selling your old pc and putting the cash towards 2gb of ram, well worth the investment :)

back on topic, some nice tweeters would look cool in one of the drive bays if they will fit

Since you have the x2 connect you don't need to sleeve your PSU cables. You can always paint em UV reactive with UV paint.
You made a good choice with the Armor case. I have the heavier brother the Kandalf. Lots of room to work with and I think itd be cool to have a small speaker actually inside the case if you have the modding ability. I don't know of any speakers that run off of 4-pin connections but your case does have a lot of holes for water cooling built in so you can run wires in and out of those if you feel like it.

Just some thoughts. Have fun :).

Thats all well and good, but can it get girls?

After all, any nerd can mod a case, but it takes a special kind, dare I say, |33t nerd to get a chick.

Eh... ahh i think a few read my 1st post wrong.

I said I "Upgraded to the following" not from.

I am keeping the Armor stock and normal minus a few FAN mods.

This is my old case ,.... the one i wish to MOD

however, I am also willing to buy a case less then 50USD to Mod as well.

Thanks for the Blue/Orange idea "Brian K" I can hook up some really cool UV effects with those colours. My Orignal Colour idea was to go black and white like the logo.

here ya go, thermaltake makes a speaker (2w) w/ dancing leds for a 5.25 drive

really like the idea of puting a speaker inside the case...maybe mount it to the window?

also throw some sound reactive cathodes in it
