For Christmas, my sis gave me this kit. It alows you to print pictures etc onto this special paper, then iron it onto in this case a t-shirt. I'm wondering if I'd be alowed to print, the happyhardcore.com logo onto it?

Yes you are. As long as you make it to personal use, its legal as far as i know. Though i would still suggest you asking silver about it. Because to make it look good, you would need a high res logo. Cant say if silver will give one, but theres no hurt in asking :)
