You can buy them when they're released. ;)
The number of compilations I mentioned are only the hardcore ones I've got, and all legally purchased. The total number of legal hardcore CDs I own would be around 700, I guess.

I purchase most of my hardcore on vinyl but, without counting... im pretty sure I'd have somewhere near to 100 odd cd compilations. All of my music hardcore or otherwise is legally bought, people who illegally download music should be shot.

I have that with hardcore CD singles. I prefer to have full, unmixed tunes, unless the mix itself is very well done of course, but even then I'd like to have the full tracks as well.

I own all the Bonkers
Hardcore Heaven 1 and 2
Hardcore Nation 1 and 2
The ultimate Hardcore album (mixed by Sy and Unknown, 2002)
Hardcore Heaven, Sanctury Milton Keynes (Summer 1996)
Happy 2 B Hardcore 1 and 4
Helter Skelter Hardcore Classics
Clubland Extream Hardcore (if you call it Hardcore)
And Evel's Hardcore mix (only out in happyland) which all the tracks sound as though they where made in 1996 but because nobody here lives in Happyland but me then no one owns it ha ha ha
Next i might get Blatent Beats 3 as I saw it in HMV and it's the closest thing to good Hardcore coz it's from Next Gen
