has anyone bought this album and not got at least 90% of the songs on any other old skool or hardcore complilation? There is nothing original on the album (1000's of tracks made between 1991 -1997) and BDB picks the usual suspects!

Yes there was thousands of hardcore tracks made between 91 & 97,but this album was called Helter Skelter Hardcore CLASSICS!!!!!
Hense why all the usual anthems were placed on there. And how can it be original when nearly the first 2 cd's are full of Classic material.
You have Cd 3 which is the upfront cd.

Thing is with this album, before Hardcore Nation and Bonkers 14 I hadn't heard hardcore before, and had only tasted recent Hardocre music through these other albums. Hardcore Classics is awesome cos Ive not got all the old tracks as I was never interested back then and was too young.
And about the slaes, its stuill doing really well considering its a hardcore album, maybe because the younger ppl like me want to see how hardcore has progressed over the years

Disc 1 is the best of the bunch.

I'm still waiting for the copy I won during the NAHM show before christmas. Me thinks Milo forgot to send it in the mail.

I won hardcore nation 2 a while back but he hasn't sent out that one either.
That's okay though.
Anyways, Hardcore Classics is a good album. Has many, many classics on it. I thought the upfront disc wouldn't be that good but that one is really good. Disc2 is my favorite though. All in all, some good stuff.
