Complete with a few pointers from ryg0r, but i decided to keep the 2nd lead ; )
Prolly not up to standards yet, but an improvement and my best yet i think.

Well, goodness gracious me....
you're production quality has just gone up to another level.
Good tune and I especially like the subtle use of filtering but would like it on the Acid Lead as well.
imo, the 2nd Chorus riff thing is a bit too simple and the attack on the pads/strings is a bit too hard.
There's a current topic 'Aussie Hardcore' on this forum and, well there you have it -
Aussie Hardcore. ....(and "a few pointers from rygOr" is always a good thing)

I really like that because the drumbeats are phat,
Everything from the kick drum up to the hi hat,
Anyone who listens to it will comprehend,
Some of those riffs made my hair stand on end,
This is what hardcore is truly about,
Theres up and coming aussie talent that stands out,
We got a new producer in the house name is eLASTIC,
And with that good tune I think you totally cracked it...

Nice, banging track. The Synth work is really awesome. I love it, it sends shivers down my spine. The thing it might need (really not necessary) is a vocal sample to make it even more memorable.
I can't get enough of this! I love the acid section. I could see it as being a potential Nu Energy Release under Executive Records. This would be sweet.
Try to work on the breakbeat in the second breakdown. The synth is a little simple there too.
Overall...great job.

WoW, a night sleep and i get bombarded with all these responses 
Thankyou everyone for the great feedback, heartfelt and much appreciated!!!!
As for minor changes to the track......I did the holy task of uninstalling everything and will format this troublesome pc (finally).
Will work harder and try bring vocals into my track in the future.

Good stuff mate, sounds balanced and the kick and bass if punchy. I loved the first part but im not keen on the musical parts after the secon break though.
