So I was listening to this track ages ago on www.happyhardcore.com/radio, and I distinctly remember it being titled:
Storm & Herman - SMD 2
Which is odd to me. Did Storm & Herman do a remix of it or what? I can't spot this track anywhere on vinyl. This track, however, is plainly awesome. I know it's not Slipmatt's original SMD #2, in fact it doesn't sound much like it at all. Maybe the main melody hook. The track certainly does have an oldskool feeling to it, though. It's that oldskool-sounding synth. Also, I remember some lyrics in it going something like:
"jumpin pumpin bass beats thumpin jumpin jumpin *thumpin* (Stretched out)."
Doing a google search brings up some *******s containing recordings of di.fm/hardcore and the di.fm forums. All of that doesn't bring any more info to me.
Right now I'm just assuming that someone got the track name wrong. Anyone have any other info on this song at all?

it never got released, I think it was scheduled for release on raindance but the label went kaput

I received it on promo (I think)... or perhaps it was a free download, was a future release on raindance which never came out....

Hrmph. It's too bad that the track isn't on vinyl at all, it's a good song.
Well, I know that trading/sharing/talking about em pee threez is taboo on this board, but is there any chance that you could toss the tune my way? It's not like it's going to be enjoyed much by anyone if the love isn't shared at all, and it's also not like anyone is going to be out of any money because the song ended up on the internet like so.
