I know its a while off, but i am bored (unemployed) so i though i would post it anyway!

Imagine this......Hardcore Tunez 4 - b2b Special (i know its sounds the same as B15 but fook it, its an idea!)

CD 1 - Mixed by DJ Silver & The Acolyte
CD 2 - Mixed by Impact & Resist

What ya think???????

Including a production contest of course!!!!

never even heard a hardcore tunez album coz they never took my fancy tbh

Impact & Resist are alright. They have a good balance of vocal hardcore and freeform in their mixes. Check out hardcore tunez 3 mate, good few tunes! U not heard sean apollo vs peryton - invade?

Actually (I hope Silver doesn't read this...

) I liked Impact & Resist's mix on Hardcore Tunez 3 the most.. They are making amazing vocal upfront hardcore! They shouldn't be replaced on Tunez 4 IMO...

yeh man, one of the best freeform tracks of last year imo. Resist is AMS in disguise innit so there's always gonna be a bit of freeform in there!

where can I find info on HT4?

like release date? whos mixing (obviously silver def will be)

also is there gonna be another production contest for HT4? or was the last contest already for HT4 (or was that HT3) cant rremeber :P

Hold ya Horses!!!! Hardcore tunez/tsunami usually comes out in the summer, so probably no info for quite a while yet!!!

I was just bored and thought of the idea!!! Probably the only thing that is for sure is that silver will be mixing.

The last production contest was a bit of a success so i would have thought that it would be done again!

I really like the look of that lineup, but if Impact & Resist dont do a mix The Acolyte should get CD2

Not keen on cds being mixed back to back.

How exactly does it work? Two djs in a studio mixing on computers? Not much input with two djs mixing. At least with one he's soley responsible for the selection of tunes.

Silver's bound to do the first but I thought his 3rd mix was full of cheese! for the second one how about giving Gammer or Vagabond a go! They are full of original material but are tied to their labels!
