Got Dreamscape Hardcore 2001 off ebay today, proper cds but theres no cd case so no inlay.

It doesn't have the years on the inlay covers. Try using http://www.discogs.com/ and do some research.

they dont have the year of the songs, just the cd 2001

I gave you a straight answer, you just didn't seem to either understand or follow it. I said, the Boxset inlay covers don't have the years of release on them, so why not visit http://www.discogs.com/ and do your own research into it. Try looking up the artists or track titles in the search. See it's not that hard.

The reason being the tracks where probably not released.
Chances are most of the tracks where from around 99-2001. With the odd exception.
