mate if you want to start breakdancing the best way would be to take up a class yoga(sounds sissyish but good for helping with basics in balance and alot of breakdancing moves have similar stances) or Capoeira.after that just talk to a few of the b-boys you see around where-ever most of them are cool and will give you a few lessons in the tricks,provided you not a hopeless cause

Last time when I was breaking, we (the breakers) took great offence to those of the capoiera school.
To confuse the two was blashpemey. They have different roots, techniques and styles.
If you want to learn how to break, get some videos, study the moves, get buff. You needs lots of strength to be able to pull of a lot of those moves.

I love the shaky cameraphone quality, that video has, it definately makes it funnier.
By the way all this reminds of something.
I downloaded this this tune on audiojelly.com its called "all the way" by DJ Speed, i cant find it on downloads.imorecords.com, or anywhere else, even backtotheoldskool.com.
But i think its better to meth-style-dance to, than tracks like 'touch the sky' 'no more tears' Dj Ruffage Paradise, Dj Storm - cocaine, Let it Go, In compete Darkness.
Its got a rolling breakbeat that thematizes rave, as much as TGI Fridays, Thematizes Americanism.
