Hes been mentioned but its worth saying it again: Haston is the best DJ in the Uk, in my opinion anyway.
As for producers, its got to be Scott Brown just for the sheer number of tracks hes made in loads of different styles.

For production - Scott Brown, but fot mixing its got to be Neophyte he starts off hard and ends f**kin mental! which is what i luv! (Brisk for UK scene though!)

I agree with some of whats been said already and I'll add Storm, Euphony and Kickback, some really nice and complex stuff coming from these guys, also alot of technical stuff coming outa all the Executive records crew. As for DJ's, the best DJ's I know are small time so I doubt you've heard of them... you may have heard of Madcap though...

Djs have to be brisk and ham, their cd mixes are always top notch and they dont mess around with the borin parts inbetween trax, they fly straight 2 the main vocal and melodic parts. class!
Producer has to be V.A.G.A.B.O.N.D without a doubt! he's made trax like:
'axis mundi'
'true awareness'
'world of unknown'
'music holocaust', to name a few!
Under his euphoria alias hes made tracks like:
'hardcore overdose'
'too beautiful'
'second sight'
'10% Gold'
'enter heaven'
'future is now'
'without a trace'
and dreadhed alias as well, theres sooo many tracks that i rate very highly for their originality. he's a busy boy! well done mr thomsitt!

best producers: c.l.s.m.
why? because those tunes are rele creative. u can tell a c.l.s.m tune from any other tune.
also, brisk and ham r class producers. maximum respect 2 their work.
best dj: kevin energy. the creativity and technical ability is all their.
