i fink this is is a hard 1. 2geva, djs can express their ideas as 1 and b more productive, but u gotta admit that these djs r best on their won. i fink that breeze and styles r gud, n it was gud wen it was force and styles, but i recon styles is way betta alone. same wit dougal n gammer. producing wise maybe they should stick 2geva, but on live sets and cds i recon djs should do it on their own.

also, i recon it wud be wkd if they had 2 djs lyk hixxy v scott brown and had it as a kind of show down on whos tunes r betta on the cd. i fink it would b wkd.

i think it said that b2b sets are lame unless it's breeze and styles.

I've seen plenty of back2back acts that have blown my mind, but I guess it depends on what you consider to be a back2back act. I dont know, to me a "real" back2back act should go 1 n 1 (1 track then switch) when dj's decide to split an hour set up into quarters; dj's droping like 3, 4 records a piece you might as well be seeing them solo.

i lyk back to back when the styles are almost oppisite. some could argue that it looses the energy because its too random, but i like random in my mixes

I have no idea why you're bringing production in a "b2b mixing" thread

so I'll ignore it

but actually live djing at a gig I like b2b sets
...more variation and it's fun to see who has the better mixing :P

personally when I play out I like being alone better
you can control the flow and you get to mix more :)
