In the US, there is just about ZERO of the whistle or horn crews. Just glowstickers, people with those stupid f*cking Vick's masks (idiots), and of course, every other raver has a pacifyer/nookie/drug-addiction-indicator hanging around their necks.
Because no one is really into the music anymore. Just the drugs. Or so it seems sometimes. I'm just being a bitch right now tho. ^^ sorry!

I agree, though...
Sometimes I wonder why I even bother going to raves...
All I see are the teenagers with just no right clothing. You can't jump or "hakkuh" with a skirt as tiny as what they wear...
Then you seen their eyes...
I mean as wide as possible, when some of the kids aren't even 12...
To me, hardcore raves in holland has lost all glory...
I suppose I go, because of the support to keep the scene alive...
There are still three or four raves I attend out of the 9 I visited yearly

Fortunately in our country only techno lovers use whistles. To be honest I don't like whistles at all. I go for a rave to enjoy music, not the sound of whistles.

I inappropriately blew my whistle at my first rave during a set I believe was House. One chick just looked at me and shook her head...I got the point and returned to my nuk.
The Happycore room, however, had a pretty decent whistle crew. Man, I miss it so much.

got mine at my first rave in february (uproar) tis hung around the clock on my wall with pride waiting for the next event  although the metal is going slightly dodgy so dont know if im going to get some sort of blood infection from the bastard lol

I don't mind the little skirts but what I do mind is the whole combat boot thing.
don't get me wrong, combat boots are awesome but when you see them stomping their feet with their "kisten" like they're ****in retards then it makes you wonder where they days have gone that the whole room was bumping up n down in unison doing the "hakkûh"-dance :s
