I love MC's as much as the next person but I personally think unless the MC has a UK or English type acent he kind of sounds strange.
What do other people think?

I suppose if its hardcore then an english accent sounds good. In the old days of jungle all the MC's had or put on jamacan accents, spose its the rude boy factor.

I prefer the UK voice myself. It's odd, lots of American/Canadian MCs actually put on a fake British accent when they MC.
