i can't imagen it being mainstream... :S most stuff like that is just little bedroom producers whos stuff gets a little populer over the net... but its always classed as "techno" rather then hardcore ... like it would be...
"without me (techno remix) - eminem"

so if they think there producing hardcore they really don't know alot about music... lol

i think i know what your on about tho anyways... i've tryed mixing it in virtal DJ... it REALLY DON'T WORK!!!

tunes like that just ent strucered, master or made properly and you wouldn't really find it on vinyal... (i.e not mainstream)...

its like when you say to any ordenay random person... "happy hardcore"
whats the first thing they always say...

"OHHH YEAH THE ALTON TOWERS THEME TUNE THATS BAD THAT IS!!!"

and its like :S they blaently just downloaded that of limewire by just typing in "happy hardcore" and what ya know... a tune by "SCOOTER" *spits* pops up... but not by scooter... noooo... the artist is called "happy hardcore" haha

I'm a hipacrit really :P this is how i first got into hardcore AGES AGO :p
we've all got our roots i guess... only in them days it was proper oldskool "happy hardcore" stuff... not the nuskool stuff like today...
but i really don't calss anything techno like as hardcore...

There are several version of the Alton towers tune that are hardcore, Motorway Madness (Dj Vibes I think) is one of them. I think I know the one your talking about though... the one that says this club is closed forever? It's not techno either... Just crap ;).

IMO you can easily make a hardcore track out of an eminem track :P. How the track is structured isn't really a problem because you can just chop up the acapella into useable loops.

Actual raps (not mc's!) have been used in hardcore tracks and it does work if done right, Deejaybee & In Effect - Fresh Cuts Last is a good example.

I think that one is by Brisk and Trixxy and is called Inspecter Gadeget and is a pure total classic!

I thought you'd know better mate :(. It's a track that gets passed around file sharing programs and has been mislabelled as a track by Brisk and Trixxy... It's not a classic at all, it's not a hardcore track (it doesn't sound remotely like hardcore!) & to top it all off what the ****s it got to do with inspector gadget FFS.

I think Reese expertly uses Eminem's rap in his song Whatcha Gonna Do.
