What track is it that you can relate to more than any other, compare it to your past or present situation....?
My personal selection is 'Scott Brown- Rock You Softly 2005' I was chillin' on my bed lastnight with my Mp3 player on random selection. This tune came on and for the first time the words truly connected with me.....
My ex Girlfreind 'Michelle' was the first girl i had ever truly loved. I met her just after i had joined the Army and was waiting to start my training.
I had been with many girls b4 in the past, but i seriously thought that Michelle was the 'one'. Hence 'My First Love'
We went through alot of things together, i.e pregnancy/misscarage and then when i went to the Army she started gettin' really depresses, not eatin' or goin' out, and wanted me home.
I had a big decision to make, leave the Army and my Carreer but make my girlfriend the happiedt in the world, or Put me 1st and carry on with training, which would result in a better quality of life.
I chose to leave. Lookin' for a job was very tiresome, i put in so much effort which came2 no prevail till about 3mnths later. This put alot more Stress on our relationship as i was skint all the time.
I started resenting leavin' the Army for her, and started to fall out ov love with her. We split.
Michelle was my first love and worst love, and i want2 rid her everything of me.
What connects you to a certain track.....?

I get live. Don't know if anyone knows this it's not hardcore... Super crazy ill bomb bomb bomb, I get live I get live etc. This track means more than any other to me as it's one of my very good friends Daniel Stratford's favourite songs, he used to play it ALL the time. Daniel passed on a couple of years ago now (he even had the track played at his funeral) so I'm sure you can see why it means so much to me.
Absolute hardcore 3, disk with time after time on it (cant remember which one that is) as it was playing first time me and the mrs (who I would have been with for 4 years in may :)) did the dirty... how unromantic, sorry.
Eye opener Mine and the Mrs's song, cheese ;).

Turn Up The Music - Scott Brown
i love the words since i first ever listen to it... its basiccly like the meaning of life and what I've always been saying
"i have to learn, have to try, have to trust, i have to cry"
(HOW WIKID IS THAT!!!)
I've always said life is a lesson... and we all learn from things that happen to us in life good or bad!!! end of the day... shit happens... life goes on... we just have to mature from it and carry on...
example - when your a baby and and ya rents tell you not to touch the fire... what do you go and do... TOUCH THE ****ING FIRE!!! :p
but your never gonna do it again are ya :P tis a lesson!!
thats why the song means so much to me... cuse whenever you feel like total shit... it just brings you up again and reminds you that life will get better :D

Wanting to Get High (Smmogie's awake) by Hixxy and Sharkey (1996) is meaning full as it means I want to get high all the time and always dreaming of a love I have never found! (I like to get high on drink, not drugs)
Also Love U More- Paul Elstak (1995) or Stu Allen (2005) sums up someone who shall remain nameless (And I though I never found love)
Charley Lownoise and Mental Theo- Wonaderfull days (1994) also describes certain feelings which I can't be botehred to go into!

kingsize and eternity-you belong to me...my school days...loved school and used to always have this tune on with my crowd(basically 40% of our year) used to always be listening to hardcore heaven 3,4,5....those were the days :) propa fun times just chillin and talking crap with mates.
fade and bananaman-dreams surprise and gbt inc-better day...our lasses always loved me playing this tunes at school.....i remember jumping the back fence to get out of french at school and i sprained my ankle running from a teachers car lol.......got vto my mates who lived near school and just playing this from his pc on repeat
bananaman and blitz-funk you and scott brown-falling to the earth.....to of my best ever tracks from the best year of my life 1999....everything went rite that year.....my school life couldnt be better apart from the obvious red report i was on :( but girls/friends wise it was euphoria looking back.
bagpipe anthem and like a dream.....my introduction to hardcore from my dodgy chav like mates of early high school......some bad times but some good tunes to remember.
so many memories so many tunes but these sorta stand out the most.

Its impossible for me to choose one, id just ps myself off cause id have to reject so many choons
I cheated really, these are all tracks that mean alot to me although I cant really relate to some of the lyrics etc, they all just take me back to then.
Jesus, I just looked at how large this list has got! & Those were just some I got reminded of as I skimmed through, but as Hardcore has almost been the theme to everyday life for many years there's bound to be a ton.
I could go on for hours - but what a cool topic, brought back loads of stuff.
Theres just too many wicked tunes & so many good memories 2 go with, as well as reminiscing sad stuff. Mainly they remind me of my mates back home cause I'm at uni and also of a mate of mine who died last September and lived for Hardcore.
