dude, iäd advice you, never post a tracklist on here, if you dont got the rights/permissions to use all the tracks in the mix

Which tunes?
I have bought a copy of Pullover lad, and timestrectched it so I own the copy. Which other tunes do I not have the rights to play? As far as im aware these have all been released.

You wouldn't really get a problem if you played hardcore records out live without permission but giving them away is another story!

Im not giving them away, there are mixed so its basically my demo. Choons.net has been hosting mixes for a couple of years and is supported by loads of DJ's as it helped them come through the ranks.
As far as im concerned, im not breaking any copywrite here, im just uploading my demo for people to listen to.
I dont see what all the fuss is about, im not charging anyone and Im sure the producers of these tracks will be pleased their tunes are being listened to.
FFS, if that is the case then what is the point of buying tunes, if i cant play them? Its not as if ive uploaded a load of mp3's is it.

Don't worry mate :) i fully agree with you on that... if it was any of my music then i really wouldn't mind a DJ mixing my stuff... its more promotion enit :D but its just the way it is :(

People don't buy compilation albums if they already have all the tracks on them! Producers get F. all from record sales and rely on income from other things such as compilations. TBH I can't even be arsed to have this argument again.
I'm not trying to be a prick mate I DJ myself and I know what it's like just take your tracklist down as it's against the forum rules (the mods will do it anyway soon as they see it but you could save them the work).
