Sorry, my mistake.
Increase cooking time by a further 20min adding a small amount of water around the bottom of the tray. This prevents stickyness when trying to remove it.

For the chewy kicks- Add 3 tea spoons of sugar and a CD cover. This gives the finished product a definitive chewyness. Hope this helps.
