Having a little trouble downloading that, doesn't seem to want to do anything, then says something about my IP already downloading :s

From megaupload? That website only lets you download one file at a time. Maybe you have another download from it running? Maybe you clicked twice?
When you get the page it should ask you to type in 3 letters or so in a box in the top right hand corner. Then after you type those in you can press download. Then a timer will start from 45seconds. When it gets to 0 it will allow you to click on a link to download it.
Try again! I'm sure it'll work as it has already for others.
