i've noticed a lot of negative feedback to all new releases over the last few months! not like the first albums ect! do you think its because theres more albums out and more events? so people are expecting to much? the saying is you can have to much of a good thing! IMO haven't heard as many good tunes in the last few months of any genre like 2 years ago when it was fresher! any thoughts!

Perhaps, there is a whole lot of releases.

However, its really your preference as to what you like. So, if something doesn't appeal to you, there is bound to be something else in this vast scene that you'll like.

That wasn't directed at you, more of the collective you.

basically what i'm saying is its very tribal! We'll play our tracks and you play yours! someone like silver from Japan will play anything that takes his fancy but anyone in the UK will play 70-80% of the label they are with (apart from SB when its 95%) when it used to be play this track coz its good! looking forward to HR2 cos its got new DJ,s on it!

Sharkey is one of the few who still has true variety. Along with Marc Smith.

Agreed. They are leading Bonkers at the moment IMO with their hard beats and the new 'Acidcore' sound.

You act like this is a new development, but this has been going on for over 2 years now.

I'd actually say the situ is improving ( at last ).

yeah but what i'm saying is theres loads more Hardcore to play now than 2 years ago so why are they still tribal! of course they will stay loyal to their own labels but i think now is the time to experiment a bit more on mixes and play a few different and new DJ's
