One of the dutch ones, i dont no exactly but i'd say promo, dione, neophyte or one of the more commercial ones over there.
Scott Brown is very popular in a lot of countries i think he's the most well known of the uk lot, but i no for a fact it's not hixxy, brisk or any of them. There pretty much unheard of in most the countries where hardcore has the biggest following, but are really popular in certain places.
Times might change but at the minute the uk sound only really has noticable crowds in britain and australia, with the spanish also mixing some of it in with there makina. Some people i no over here dont even no what hardcore is properly, ask a young dutch boy what hardcore is and he'll no.

I'd say Scott Brown is the most well-known British Hardcore DJ. But I've no idea about how well-known Hardcore DJs from other countrys are.

hardcor dj??? would probably say hixxy because of all his dj rankin sort of crowd he seems to atract these days but most popular non hardcore dj probably tiesto

For me it would be Hixxy but of recent I'd have to say Darren Styles, his work has wide appeal which makes him very popular.
