Freefrom and gabba/gabebr ain't broing. Most stuff off Nex Gen is great as is any of the old classics from 1991-1999. Don't listen to Upfront mainstream stuff if you don't like it. I can't stand the stuff so I look elseware for Hardcore. Also look out for Stuff by Sharkey and Marc Smith. There is loads of different stuff out there it's just a shame the mainstream is getting stale at the moment.

Jeez gees give it a rest he's entitled to his opinion I would say there is allot of boring UK hardcore about at the moment but there is allot of good stuff too, as with most genres...

Was this meant to be posted in something else? Also, I don't think its boring.

To add on to Smoogie's advice, don't forget about Luna-C and KFA.

He's talking about UK hardcore R.baby, EP, Quosh etc. etc. Phobz mentioned he's not keen on the nu-skool sound thats all.

Their stuff isn't really boring, if you listen to it once. But, when it is overplayed and the tracks they release sound very similar, it starts to get boring.

Also, wasn't there already some other posts on this very recently?

EDIT: Thanks for the translation, Bulby, because I had no idea what he was talking about. (not being sarcastic, I really couldn't understand his post.) :P

^^^ There was prolly about 100 posts like this recently ;). Yeah I think you've about summed it up for me there, unfortunately allot of the stuff is overplayed/sounds the same far too often.

I find most of it as dull as dish water which is why i very rarely buty any.

I find most track sound very similar to me. If you buy 1 you have actually bought 10.

And as stated earlier everybody is intitled to their opinion and i just a valied as yours even if you dont agree with it.

ps I agree about next gen being the best big label.

They were "ok" when first listened to... but over and over and the more you listen to them... you start to release how untalented some of styles work on clubland is... it bores the **** out of me let alone sickens me...

Not one part of the album made the hairs stand up on the back of my neck... unlike HH3...

imo thats what hardcores about... its that intense feeling sent down the back of your spine... and FORCES you to smile... its amazing...

Clubland never done this once... and to be honeslty... i don't think it ever will...

Think that was my view on it

Hardcore caters for most, that are willing to give it a chance. UK hardcore has just as much variety as any other countries hardcore.

Yea well Ryan, I do think some is boring. But I also hear alot of talented work by new producers. I can't say everything new is boring that's just mad. I just prefered it when the music was made more happy that's all. I don't quite get this post was you asking me that question?

I agree. I didn't even go out and By Clubland Extream Hardcore 2 after the last one. It's clubmusic on speed and lacks what Hardcore Heaven 3 gave me, a verity. There was the Upfront mainstream sound along with the more classic sound and of corse some freeform.

yeah but like i have said in the topic of Bonkers cd's i am resorting to listening to past cd's as these days the hardcore is mixed with to much trance and predictable melodies!
I think it should be called de-ja-vous hardcore!
you have heard it all before i am not buying anymore "hardcore" cd's until it does sound hardcore!
you know the way it should do!
and i dont buy vinyl as i dont have decks : (
