Hard to say, but the first time I heard Bang! - Break of Dawn I was on the buss on the way to work and that gave me goosbumps....thinking about it though the window on the bus may have been open....
Erm, Sy & Demo - Tears Run Cold & After Dark - After Dark (Slipmatt remix) used to make me feel fuzzy, but they don't anymore. Non of the older tunes do.
On a more recent note Scott Brown - Fly With You, still gives me goosbumps.

I still love loadsa the old 95-98 cheese, too much gives me a sore head but when done right it's hard to beat.
Few favourites of mine are
Lovelife "Hold me" (Tizer mix), Happymen "Love is you", Dj magical "rush hour", 4 tune fairytales "my little fantasy", Mindtrust "key to your heart", DD Zion "Blue sky day", Nicky Modlin "Simple Love", Party animals "Used and abused", Solid base "Girl of your dreams"
Pure nostalgia to me all tunes from when i went to under 18's and old tapes/cd's that got me into hardcore
Not many new cheesy tunes get me at all but the new heaven 7 one is quality, spenno's "find a way" and a bit older than that "come rescue me" by mackenzie + Wak'd is right up my street.
Bouncy techno doesnt give me goosebumps in the same way but makes me stomp like a bastard, best party music ever made. Gabbers alright for rushing, that ophidian "butterfly" is somethin else for the kick off and ofcourse the "xlaxl" vocals from enya. Still though its more about adrenaline buzz than the rushing off lyrics in the happy style.
