Bring it on Poole! No not really, roughest place I have been to? Well Southend On Sea (Essex) was wuiet townie back in 2003 when I went on holiday but after revisiting last year it was chav* free!

Wouldn't like to go to parts of Manchester, but then I won't know who to support in some areas, United or City? Some say be carfull around parts of Burmingham. Someone I know used to live there and was put in hospital. Most people excape to Dorset but it don't mean we lack any thugs here too!

* by chav I mean thug, not dress sense, ok

Depends what you mean by toughest exactly. And anyway I couldn't give a crap who's 'hard' and who isn't.

in thatcham you may well be either shot with a harpoon gun, or run over by a 14 year old drunk driver. and its only got a population of about 400 people.

Thatcham by Newbury? My mates from there not really a rough place lol. Bristol is pretty rough but not the roughest at all. I'd say Aylesbury near me is well bad and High Wycombe is pretty bad too, Glasgow aint in England but if your talking UK then yeah very ruff. Harrow on the hill, Docklands and Hackney are some of the roughest parts of London IMO.

Harrow is rough? Not when my Mum lives there it wern't! But then times change. I would be carfull in parts of all big cities but sometimes you would find some areas of cities so commercial that there are too few people to live there to have loads of crime.

Mmm Harrow has got well rough, got a few mates from there and always see something when I go. Like you say though times have changed, my old man was from micklefield in High Wycombe that used to be pretty quiet but is rough nowadays.

I live in a little village for ****s sake and I got held up by two scag heads with swords, it goes to show how bad the UK is getting as a whole.

Yeh my dad's old area in Soutbourne, Bournemouth has gotten like that too, although some areas quiet down really well. Like West Howe in Bournemouth, some will tell you not to go there alone but from what I have seen on a bus it looks chav free!

It was on the TV program called 4 roughest towns in the UK or something like that lol. Found it quite amusing it was picked TBH being a pretty small town an' all. I went to college there and there was allways drug busts, beatings, bomb threats!

lol yeah i was kidding. Its not a very bad area, mainly mobs of little kiddies. I just find it funny that the only way it got into national papers was from this story about some 14 year old, leanne black, who got done for drink driving (for the second time, she also did it at the age of 12 :P)

reading aint too nice though
