Very much a "seen it all before" looking CD. Doubt I'll be getting it.

Duh!! Considering it's the 2nd installment of the Hardcore Classics album. Of course you would have seen it all before. Hense why it's called "CLASSICS".
What were you expecting????

Still v. much looking forward to this, admitably disc 2 & 3 more, but the word of forgotten decent Hardcore needs to be spread and I'd congratulate Dougal on his choice!!
Can't say there's many tunez I havent heard, but more importantly, cant say theres any I don't like or havent liked at some point - Nice to see a few Scott Brown Tracks like last time too!!

Considering there is so many more, better "classic" tunes that could have gone on this compilation. All they've given us is the same old shite. Some different tunes wouldn't go amiss from time to time, maybe to get the more cynical people such as myself to actually go out and buy the album...

Cd 1 looks terrible. I thought the album was Hardcore classics not EP's more popular tracks with some otoher tracks thrown in.
Cd 2 looks like it could be ok.
Cd 3 the best of the bunch but still not great.
Another cd i will not be purchasing.

how can anyone say this tracklist is shit?! fair enough, for those who've been into hardcore as long as i have you'll most probably have most of the older tracks, but the album is meant to be a history of the sound of Helter Skelter -a celebration of that brand and those nights and the tracks that provided the sound track.
I was speaking to one of the DJs who mixed the album over the weekend and they told me that the MoS/Hlete Skelter gave them absolute contro of track choice- whihc is massively rare nowadays - nd that the DJs swere chosen off the advice of David Pratley -founder of Helter Skelter's -from who he considered to be the big Helter Skelter DJs... my suspicions are that the doubters never bothered to save their pocket money and go off for the weekend to one of these events as me and my mates used to do, don't still have the old flyers that I us to collect in the 90s and have no love for the history of the scene...
there's some upfront tracks on there too-it seems a very authentic representation of the granddad of UK hardcore IMO - cant wait to hear it
