In fact it looks like something that would have been used when most of the tracks on the cds were released.

I see that Play and Amazon are saying 29th May now.
Even the official MOS site says that, too;

i got the album and i live in australia :P Dougal's cd is really a stand out, some great classics on his cd

It's not released, you might be thinking of Hardcore Classics, or you managed to get your hands on a promo copy.
