as topic says.
i've got loadsa cds and tapes etc when i was younger but since getting decks i've only really bothered buyin them when i go abroad for something different.
still buy odd cd of other music i love but never hardcore, just a money thing whatever i've got i'd rather spend on vinyl.
i still get to listen to most of what comes out through mates, loved sharkey and marc smith disc on last bonkers and have kept saying i'll buy it since came out.
but i jus never get round to it, want to no if other people still keep buyin mixes or concentrate solely on decks.
obviously cd deejays will buy cds or mp3 but i'm talking about mixes and stuff
other people have mixed.

I stopped buying mix CD's along time ago, I still buy the odd one like Bonkers ect. I started to search for unmixed CD's instead, singles, then vinyl when I got my decks. Havn't looked back since.

I have bought one mixed cd in the past year (Audio Outlaws) apart from a couple of old mixed cd's i bought 2nd hand of mr DMS (Gabber cd's).
I dont buy mixed cd's usually as i dont like most of stuff on them. Rather than because i have decks.

infact aye thats jus reminded me i did buy at least one off dms and a couple old thunderdome/terrordomes off ebay that were goin cheap.
that was more so i could find names of tunes off them to buy on vinyl but aye that'll be last cd's i bought.
i did actually really enjoy the sharkey/marc smith cd on last bonkers, but it's a fair whack for one cd i'd play and probs still wouldnt play it that often.
if price was right and it looked like a must have i probably would buy it, so aye i agree with you.
