Hey guys,
Have a listen to my new track in progress.

I was quite gutted to discover yesterday that Next Generation are releasing a track with the very same title! (Although they have nothing in common otherwise)
Anyway, give me any feedback/critique for this track!

The structure is nice, but the vocals are off. They clash with the synth. They also seem very separated from the rest of the song.
It's a little boring. This could be because the synth's are a little to wishy washy.
Overall. good effort.

The vocals are too dry, ie, they have no FX on them and that makes them sound "separated from the rest of the song" as djleto pointed out.
Try a bit of reverb/delay and EQ it.
(Have you listened to 'Ready or Not' by our mate DJ Zinc as he uses the same sample)
Where the vocals clash with the synth maybe try leaving out some of the notes in the riff....
....and to make the synth more interesting? Vary the EQ, layer it with another synth, alter the Cut Off/Frequency, add FX..... etc, etc, etc.
but, so far so good.
