rough guess, early 90's in germany. first defined so by the "speedcore" label.

happy hardcore djs still going druid,billy bunter[occasionally] slipmatt,ramos and supreme vibes force,styles[not often] and scott brown rez sets and dougal dreamscape sets again not often though bring back the original and proper hardcore

Ok so tell me...Isnt the good old days of happy hardcore dead now? I mean there aint to many songs with the good old pre-2000 piano riffs anymore. i say Happy Hard is dead and its now all classed as uk hardcore.
