I must say, this looks like a gudden. I'm liking the new tracklist and it's nice to see some different names on a hardcore cd for a change. Mixed by Darwin too, looks like it's going to be worth a buy

Heh, the old one still exists, but has a different name now. The news on the front page is incorrect:

WOW 10 complete artwork, price and new tracklist
The guys from JAL (Just another label) have sent across details on the new Wow! (What a rush) 10 CD album. The complete artwork is below for everyone to check out, the release date is set to July 3rd 2006 with retail price to be around 6 UK pounds.
WOW10 originally was suppose to be two discs, even a tracklist was posted last year, that has changed to an optimized single disc CD compilation album mixed by Darwin with a new tracklist:
Lol! It is BY NO MEANS an optimised version of the old WOW10. It is a completely different CD by JAL (not RFU).
The old WOW10 (the RFU/JAL project) has been renamed to Hardcore Underground vol. 1 (now just RFU), and still consists of the same two discs with the same tracklist.
