For me it would be:
Hixxy "More & More" just so catchy, keeps ringing on my head so have to listen it over and over again :p

Been caining Force & Jack Speed - Welcome an alot recently, also Dougal & Gammer - Drive Me Crazy.
The first track off Luna-C FM 4 (the name escapes me at the moment) has been taking a bit of a beating recently aswell
