Could anyone please give me sum on advise on using the EQs when mixing?

You could maybe describe what you do when your mixing.

It depends on what you are trying to do...

When I'm mixing in a song with a completely diff bass line then one song I might turn down the lows as I mix it in, but bring them up when it seems right.

Also, it's useful when mixing in a Gabber track to sort of gradually bring up the lows on it and turn down the lows on the other track.

Just mess around a bit, and you might find something that works for you.

The more fun parts are using a filter to filter out the highs, but in terms of EQ's its not that important.
