i can pull of some really good mixes, most of the time but then again some really shitty ones, but none of my mixes are beat matched because i have loads of trouble with this. Has any one got an online video or advise on how to do it because i think if i had this off to a tea then my mixes would be complete all the time and not just 70 % of the time.

Practice, practice and more practice mate!
You say you're able to pull off decent mixes most of the time so that proves you know what you're doing. You're better off sticking at it and not trying to mimic other peoples styles.
It'll all come good in the end.

i agree....
just whatever u do, dont rely on the bpm counter (if u hav one) too much... its all well and good to take advantage of it if ur trying something rather tricky, but i reccommend using it as little as possible. beatmatching by ear is far more accurate anyway...

haha i love it how your nick is "djeasy2006" a little bit of a contradiction eh?
A video cannot show you how to beatmatch not can anyone really give you much advise on beatmatching. The only way you can do it is if you practice, its an art and put tape over your beatcounters if you have them.
