ive been into hardcore 4 about 2 years now n i really luv the scene, but ive never been on the decks n i really wanna learn, has anyone got any tips on wot decent cheapish decks i should get to learn on, bare in mind i aint got a clue wot im doin on them hehe, also bare in mind that i aint excactly wot u call rich so sumfin on the cheaper side would be helpful. thanks 2 anyone that wants 2 help. [ and no sarky comments please, thats wot i dont need hehe mentioning no names]

do a search i write a guide of how to get urself going a week or so back
as for equip, to get u going id suggest
citronic pd1 mk2's (decks)
pretty much any cheap 2 channel mixer with 3 band eq
and use a hifi for sound
that should get u going cheap enough :)

the only advice i'd give you would be make sure the decks are direct drive
as belt drive are feckin shite

If you can only afford belt drives, get them.
You'll be much better at mixing when you make the step up to direct drives.

LOL i remember a while ago when i was noob someone sung to me "battlepak!"... ahahaha DjTriquatra is was! =D "dj in a box" dont sound too bad either. theyre analogue turntables (vinyl) some nice portable digital CDJ's for sale too!
