Greedy, rip off, cheeky and too expensive is they way I discribe 02! For 3 and a half years I ahve been a loyal customer (putting £10 a week) and yet they give little rewards!!!

Yestuday to activate my bolt on for free evening and weekends calls i put £15 too the money obsesed network, they toke the money so after 8pm when the evening calls start (I thought the evning started at 5pm?) I made a phone call with my remaing £3. They next thing I knew, without warning, my phone cut out and I have no credit!!!!

So, when I next get a phone I am going with anoyone but 02, you cannot even contact them as it will charge you, but the cheek of it is that they can call you- and reverse the charges!!!

So, as a result for their bad leadership and lack of custoemr services skills which relate to the sale of goods act, they have lost yet another customer

Good ****ing bye 02, I hope you have fun when you beocme bankrupt after the lack of custom after losing all your custoemrs!!!!!!

So, what network do you all recomend that I join?

The last couple of days i've been having trouble with sending message's, as many others on 02 have.
You go to send the message and it says "message sending failed!" And it will do for about another 7 try's, then it will work. Or sometime's won't work at all.
I don't know what problems they are having, but they need to sort it quick!

So it's your fault you didn't read the conditions properly yet you blame O2?

All the networks are the same, it's a business!

A mate of mine works for Virgin mobile, and can get me some Virgin simcards for nothing. Sounds tempting. :).

O2 are good. I've had no problems. Only problem sometime, is that you can't top up, but that's a technical fault. Last few days i've been unable to send messages properly, again that's a technical fault.

I don't register for any text thing or anything, even though i might. Is it worth it?

Im with o2 and i think theyre ok. Ive now moved to o2 online as I got a better deal (£20 a month = 75mins 300 texts anytime/anynetwork) Wouldnt really bother with pay as you flow as i dont think you really get a good deal + i send loadsa texts.

Jaxon how did you get that deal? sounds really good, is it for anytime/anynetwork?

Like DMS though, its a business and all networks are the same, no point in moving really imo.
