Ok here's one for all you happy, shiny people. Let's see whats embarrassed you to the point of being a lobster.
I'm from the north of good old England but some 10 years ago I was living in Essex. I was working for Steana Line at the time and was mulling around the car haul with a colleague waiting for passengers to board the ferry.
I noticed 3 coaches pull into the car haul, all full of elderly people going on a trip to Holland. They all got off to get some refreshments and as they come walking past a woman stopped and suddenly asked where I was from. When I told her that I was from the north a smile spread across her face and she replied, "that's where I've seen you before, you used to live across the street and I used to watch you and your brothers dancing in your room in just your boxers".
Well to say I wanted the ground to swallow me up is an understatement and all my colleague could do was roll about laughing her ass off.

I have loads...
Got my head stuck between the stair banisters when I was younger.
Headbutted a Nesquick cartoon in a hissy fit, it burst open n powdered me and half the kitchen.
Fell over twice within 2 min' on a slippy dance floor at One Nation.
Had my eyebrows shaved off.
Was at it with me mrs in the car in an empty car park and some geeza who come from feck knows where opens the door to ask for a lighter.
Was running away from a wasp looking back at it and fell down a big whole.
Was in a restaurant at a ski resort in America getting myself my lunch on a tray, slipped on a spilt drink, fell over and threw my lunch all over myself. That was ultra embarrassing as it was a busy restaurant and like 30 odd of my mates from school were there pissing themselves.
Loads of others that I can't remember right now too (I'm clumsy as fook!).

my little sis has this well fit mate,anyway she was stayin round one
night and i was in my room gettin wasted on base,later on i was feelin
well horny like and my peverse mind got the better of me,i went into
their room(they were out at some teeny disco)and tried on her knickers
and got really turned on,so put her bra and nighty on too and started
furiosly strokin one out,and as you know tryin to do it off it is a near
impossibility lol so i was so busy power-wankin on the bed with my legs
in the air and one arm reachin round i didn't hear them come in haha
took some explain when they told mum an dad

Getting my bottom lip stuck in a mouse trap when i was about 12!
Having my dress tucked into my knickers whilst on a works do!
Heel falling of my shoe in a nightclub!(try walking round a nightclub when theres broken glass everywere ouch!)
Singing 'Mr Vain' at a local pub and no body clapped! 
Theres loads more but i could be here all day!

most embassasing thing that happened to me was,
i was in my drama lesson i gave a speech on my play. it went really well i said a few jokes made a few laugh but when i finished i went to sit down and fell flat on my bum. evreyone but me found it funny.

I've had many embarrasing moments. Most of them while intoxicated with lots of lager. :P.
One i remember, i was about 16 years old, i think. Anyway, my dad had a nightclub and i was behind the Dj booth in the daytime and i had long hair at the moment and i put some System Of A Down on, and i thought it would be funny to swing my head about, and so, i started to 'mosh' as they call it and some bloke come in and i didn't realise he was there.
I just looked up and i felt, embarrased to say the least, lol and he was looking for my dad. I can't remember quite what i said to him, but... it was something quick to make him think i am not some complete idiot, lol. :P.
