^^^ Scott didn't turn his song into a rap track, this track lifts all the ideas from Scott's track.

its still usin someone elses sample though
which i highly doubt he paid the liberties for
nothin scott brown can do with people who bootleg his tunes.. unless he owns the exclusive copyright to all samples used
which he doesent in that tune

I'd just like to point out that this rip off was not done by me
as people have mixed the letters in the name up and asked me before

the rule is that your allowed up to 6 progessive notes the same. anything after that is plagirism! doesn't matter if people copy each others 'basslines' or synth sound etc, that's just a 'pride' matter for the encroacher!! the 'note' sequence is the'killer' make sure you jump off at the 5th. chord structures are fair game as they don't influence the top line melodies like the 'notes' do. so there are 'Laws' and 'consequences' (for any worried songwriters!)

Everything that appears on bonkers and the CD's are cleared, it's a matter of a phone call sometimes.

now then luminate! everything sounds similar in the charts these days. it's just that when it's sounding 'overly' similar to something notes have to get changed. one note somewhere in the progression of notes is sometimes all it takes to send it elswhere, but still have the 'feel' of a certain winner should i say!! not pure for the soul but great for the wallet if it suceeds. popular artists make a living out of it, as long as they don't overstep the line of course!!

u could argue that hardcore takes vocals etc from every other music genre. that scouse tune didnt sound 2 bad anyway. its just an opinion of taste. im sure brown would know about it, and may have even had something to do with the production of it.
