the guy who made this thread, and i, meant foreign accents.. of which there are many, but they come under the same category nevertheless; foreign, ie. european

UK hardcore is mainly produced in Britain and allot of the singers are British, so therefore they would sound British. Britain is part of Europe...
There is definitely an accent in The Proclaimers - I Would Walk 500 Miles (and many other tracks) So the statement that accents don't come out when singing is a false one :)

erm.. theres definatly "european" accents in some tunes, but as bulby said UK hardcore comes from the UK mostly..
i have a few hungairan hardcore tunes and they defo have there own accent.
my (ex ) girlfriend is hungarian and i defo know her singing is like nothing else in the uk :D

an example of a song with a bit of an accent is Scott Brown's - Turn up the music. there def is a hint of some sort of a european accent there
