Nice little mix mate.
Not overly keen on some of the tunes but mixed well enough. Would be good to see you put a bit more varied mixing in there though.

Any chance you expand on what you said about the varied mixing? i seem to of got to a dead end with my mixes, they all seem to sound the same and i dont seem to be progressing

Sure mate.
Just seems, that in a lot of cases i could hear the outgoing tune finish before the one coming in really gets going. But where you've mixed a new tune in before the end of the previous one it's made the mix flow a lot better.
Suppose it's all down to keeping yourself on your toes - i'm not saying cram loads of tunes in to every set but the more practice you get at mixing tunes quickly, the better you get.
I did a set for a DJ comp recently that had to be 30 minutes long. It would have been easy to mix 6 tunes start to end with no effort at all - instead i managed an intro, 10 tracks and an outro too.
Just keep at it mate, and don't be afraid to try something a bit different. :)

thanks for that mate, i suppsoe i do try and keep the mix clean rather than accepting a few errors and mixing with more energy.

Both track listings look good, espesically the 1st one, thats my kinda mix!!
