Basically, I placed an order about a week ago. I received a confirmation e mail, but as of yet there has been no invoice sent and my credit card has not been charged. I know that they are a reputable shop, but are they always this slow with orders?

Thats ok then, when you need to start to worry is when they invoice you but you get no products.

Not slow but not fast is probably the best way to decribe the shipping. I think the billing has been quick though.
Seems odd.
Might have something to do with your order. What did you order?

I have ordered through their E Bay store before, but this order was placed through their website. I was thinking that perhaps they have stopped taking orders through the site, but they have updated the new releases since.
As I said before, I know that they are a reputable shop. I'm not worried about being ripped off, I'm just curious as to what takes so long.

The only things i can think of was the order didnt go through properly although that would seem odd if you recieve the e-mail and maybe they are waiting for something to arrive before shipping the order.

Ahhhh...Didn't think of that. The order went through, as it is listed in their order tracking system. Perhaps they are still waiting for one or more items.
